JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
* First class paid social media planning for assigned clients in the
context of strategy and objectives briefed by client teams
* Thorough paid social media plan rationales for those clients and
briefs requiring it
* Plan and manage paid social campaigns from start to finish
including but not limited to campaign set-up, ongoing management,
insight and analysis, financial management ? ensuring deliverables
are met on time and on budget
* Ensure best practice and innovation in all paid social activities
* Delegate, accurately brief and oversee the work of junior team
members
* Assist with client interactions as and when required (e.g.
briefing sessions, post campaign analysis, QBRs etc.)
* Build strong relationships with other teams within the broader
social team, other specialist teams and client teams
* Similarly build and maintain strong relationships with external
suppliers
* Stay abreast of changes in the digital marketing landscape in
particular as they relate to paid social media
* Input to media audit processes from a paid social perspective for
your respective clients as required
* Manage, mentor and develop direct reports
